CAR ACCIDENT: Wrong Way Driver Causes Fatal Car Accident on State Route 91

Anaheim – A Southern California couple was killed in fatal car accident early morning yesterday after their Toyota Scion slammed head-on with a wrong-way Mercedes-Benz.
The head-on collision occurred at about 1:00 am along the eastbound lanes of State Route 91, the Riverside Freeway, in Anaheim.
The victims were identified as Alan Reyes, 25, and his passenger Vanessa Cease, 24.
The driver of the Mercedes, 21-year-old Louis Fragoso of South Gate, will be arrested as soon as he recovers from his own injuries in a hospital with charges of two felony counts of vehicular manslaughter.
Prosecutors are also requesting to set the bail at $150,000; there is no date yet for Fragoso’s arraignment.
Until now, it is still unclear why Fragoso was driving the wrong way on the highway in the first place.
