VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Windsor Driver Faces Multiple Charges after H-101 Chain Crash

Santa Rosa- A Windsor resident is facing multiple warrants after causing a three-vehicle accident on Highway 101 on Wednesday.
According to reports, Vicente Vasquez was driving his 96 Buick Regal on southbound 101 near downtown Santa Rosa when he struck another vehicle. The accident caused a secondary crash.
Details on the number of injured people are not yet available.
Vasquez failed a sobriety test and was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI). He was also cited for driving without license and insurance.
Authorities are still investigating the details on the cause of accident.
