ROLLOVER ACCIDENT: Two Injured when Vehicle Crashes into Guardrail, Overturns

Lake Forest - At least two people have been injured when a 2007 Toyota crashed into a guardrail and overturned on the southbound I-5, north of El Toro Road, said California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers.

The 19-year-old male driver, from Camp Pendleton, reportedly swerved to the right from a traffic lane and headed straight into the right road shoulder. The vehicle then rolled over after crashing into a metal guardrail.

Reports said the marine suffered from major injuries while his 20-year-old male passenger, from Whittier, sustained minor injuries. Both of them were transported to Mission Hospital.
