Encino - A multi-vehicle crash involving three cars occurred near Ventura 101 Freeway, injuring two people and crushing a light pole, police said.

Investigators said the accident occurred at around 4:45 am where three vehicles collided, including one that was sent over the side of the Freeway and knocked a light pole.

Due to this accident, authorities had to close down two right lanes of the freeway and the White Oak Avenue onramp.

The police are still trying to determine the cause of the crash.
