Two Drivers Injured in Separate Car Crash

Cleveland National Forest, OC - Two drivers suffered minor injuries in two separate crashes at Ortega Highway near the Riverside County Line, Wednesday morning.
A report said that the first crash occurred at about 8:30 a.m., when a woman, 56, of Huntington Beach, who was heading eastbound on the road, lost control of her car and then crashed into the mountain.
A man on his 40s, from San Juan Capistrano, was driving in the same direction, veered to the left of the road and drove his car about 100 feet down.
Both drivers suffered minor injuries and were taken to Mission Hospital in Mission Viejo.
Following the accidents, both sides of Ortega highway were shut down at 8:52 a.m. until 10:35 p.m.
