TRUCK ACCIDENT: Two Drivers Injured in LA Hacienda Heights Big Rig Crash

Los Angeles - At least two semi-truck drivers suffered minor injuries after a crash on 60 Freeway at Azusa Avenue near Hacienda Heights on Monday at 8 p.m.
A semi-truck loaded with animal feed collided with a big rig carrying textiles. The crash resulted in fire and caused minor injuries to two drivers, police said.
Los Angeles Fire Department officers responded shortly and cleared the fire. Police officers confirmed that the contents were not hazardous.
Both CHP and Caltrans officers inspected the overpass before the roadway can be re-opened to the public. Operations are expected to resume on Tuesday afternoon.
LAPD officers are still investigating the details on the cause of accident.
