CAR CRASH: Three Persons Injured when Car Rams into Restaurant in Artesia

Artesia - At least three people were injured when a car rammed into a Miramar restaurant Friday, reports said.

Investigators said the female driver, who was a regular customer at the Surati Farsan Mart, was pulling into a parking space when she accidentally hit the gas pedal instead of the brakes.

Although it was not yet known if the driver will be cited, police have estimated the damage to the restaurant at about $25,000.

There were no other reported victims of the crash as police continue with their investigations.
