TRAIN ACCIDENT: Three Men Die After an Amtrak accident in Commerce, LA

Los Angeles - At least three men have died after they were hit by an Amtrak train while walking on tracks on Monday evening, said reports.
According to authorities, the Amtrak train was en route from San Diego to Union Station, LA when the accident occurred along the 6700 Telegraph Road. The conductor noticed the three men on tracks, but failed to stop on time, reports said.
The men, who were in their mid-20's, died instantly after the crash, Los Angeles police officers said.
LAPD officers suspended Amtrak operations temporarily while the investigation is being conducted.
There were no reported injuries among the 125 Amtrak passengers on board.
