SUV ACCIDENT: Teenage boy dies in Chevrolet truck-SUV crash

Modesto - A teenage boy sustained fatal injuries after his Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck crashed onto a Chevrolet Suburban on Sunday at 6:20 a.m.
The 15-year-old student's truck was heading north of Jefferson Street when it failed to stop at a signal and collided with a Chevrolet Suburban at Maze Boulevard, police said.
The 18-year-old truck passenger was wearing seat belt and sustained fractured shoulder bone. The Suburban occupant suffered minor injuries. Rescuers arrived shortly to transport injured individuals to nearby hospital, reports said.
Police officers found empty containers of alcoholic beverages at the accident scene. Authorities are still investigating a potential DUI involvement in the crash.
