Suspected Drunk Cyclist Falls, Severely Injured

CYPRESS – A man suspected to be drunk fell off his bike and was found unconscious and bleeding by a pedestrian near Lemon Avenue early Tuesday afternoon, authorities said.
Police believed the unidentified man, who appeared to be around 20-30 years old, has been drinking before the accident on Valley View occurred.
The man sustained head injury and was immediately taken to UCI Medical Center. His condition remains to be serious.
Traffic temporarily slowed as authorities investigated the accident.
