Sentence for Fatal Hit-and-Run in Beverly Hills Scheduled Today

West Hollywood – The Beverly Hills court is scheduled to decide today on the fatal hit-and-run case that happened last November in West Hollywood involving an Australian national.

Ryan Bowman admitted before the LA County district attorney on March 2 that he abandoned the scene of the accident. Earlier, the authorities have filed a felony suit against him.

Bowman was driving a Bentley when he struck 21-year old Lauren Freeman, who was crossing Sunset Boulevard. The fatal crash caused Freeman to be thrown 50 feet away. Bowman abandoned the vehicle a mile away from the scene.
