TRUCK ACCIDENT: Rig Carrying Christmas Trees Rolls Over

Los Angeles - A big rig hauling some 42,000 pounds of Christmas trees overturned along a freeway interchange in Los Angeles Friday morning, reports said.
The truck flipped around 4:30 am at the interchange connecting the northbound lanes of 101 Freeway and the southbound lanes of 110 Freeway.
The truck driver sustained minor injuries and the trees remained inside the container.
The transition road was closed for at least six hours as authorities investigated the accident.
