MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT: Rider killed in Mission Hills Crash

Los Angeles- A rider died after crashing the motorcycle in San Diego (405) Freeway on Monday at 8:10 a.m.
According to reports, the rider was traveling in the northbound carpool lane when the motorcycle crashed near the San Fernando Mission Boulevard. The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The name of the rider is being withheld pending notification of family members.
Reports said Los Angeles police officers closed the northbound lanes of the freeway until 10:30 a.m. Authorities are still investigating the details on the cause of accident.
