Police Nabs Man with Four Misdemeanors in Saturation Drive

Fresno – The police have arrested a man for allegedly committing felony DUI during a saturation drive in the southwest part of the county. The man was one of the other nine people arrested last Friday night and Saturday morning.

The 28 year old man was also suspected of driving with a suspended license, hit and run and probation violation. He had .18 percent blood alcohol level, exceeding the .08 limit.

The police said the suspect was involved in a prior accident in which the car he was driving his vehicle had rear-ended another vehicle. He escaped the accident.

The other driver was not injured. He notified the police and followed the driver who hit him. The latter hit a tree nearby.
