Police Investigates Santa Ana Road Collision

Santa Ana - The police are investigating a traffic collision near the I-5 freeway on-ramp at Main Street that left a driver and a motorcyclist injured.
According to authorities, the incident reportedly occurred along the intersection of Buffalo Avenue and Main Street, close to the south on-ramp of the I-5 freeway.
Initial investigation showed that an orange Volkswagen GTI that was moving northbound in the No. 2 lane of Main Street when it hit a motorcyclist who was trying to turn left to move onto the 5 south freeway.
The driver and the motorcyclist were brought to a hospital to receive treatment for non-life threatening injuries, police said.
