HIT-AND-RUN: Police in Search of Hit-and-Run Driver Involved in Canoga Park Fatal Bicycle Accident

Los Angeles- Authorities are trying to locate the whereabouts of a driver who fled after hitting an elderly bicyclist along Canoga Park last Saturday, said reports.
According to authorities, the elderly bicyclist identified as Eduardo Perez, 71, from Canoga Park, was at the crosswalk along Canova Avenue and Sherman when he was suddenly hit by a small four-door Sports Utility Vehicle (SUV) that was making a turn.
The accident occurred while the SUV was moving east along Sherman Way.
Reports said the bicyclist was rushed to a hospital, where he was announced dead two days after the incident.
