PLANE ACCIDENT: Plane Accident in Santa Paula Results in Fatalities

Santa Paula- At least two people have died after a small plane smashed into power lines, said reports.
The fatalities were identified as James McCaughley, 43, from Santa Paula, and Kristin Keppel, 40, from Glendale.
According to reports, the Cessna C130 lost engine power after taking off, causing the plane to crash along the Santa Clara River bed.
The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will be in charge of the investigation, said a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) spokesman.
