WRONGFUL DEATH: Parents of Toddler Who Was Killed by Ingestion of Pushpin Files Charge against Oceanside Montessori

San Diego – Oceanside Montessori School in North County is facing wrongful death charge as one of its toddler students was killed upon swallowing a pushpin, reports said.

According to reports, the alleged wrongful death victim, 3-year-old boy Tyler Howell, swallowed a pushpin in the said school October of last year.

KTLA has reported that the parents of Howell have filed wrongful death lawsuit against the Oceanside Montessori for negligence in ensuring the safety of their child.

Latest investigation has reportedly found out that the school committed a number of violations such as allowing Howell go to the bathroom alone which is where he picked the pushpin.
