VEHICLE COLLISION: North Hollywood Collision between Ambulance and Car Leaves 4 Injured
December 27, 2011North Hollywood – A two-vehicle accident happened Monday in North Hollywood when an ambulance crashed into a car, reports said.
Fire department spokesman Cecil Manresa has said that the collision happened at approximately 9:20 AM at the intersection of Vanowen Street and Vineland Avenue.
The paramedics were responding to a call with the lights and sirens on when the collision occurred.
According to reports, four were injured in the said collision. Two Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics and two civilians inside the car suffered minor injuries.
All were transported to a nearby hospital for immediate treatment.
No word on the condition of the two injured civilians has been reported. The accident is being investigated up to now, reports said.
