Motorcyclist loses control, then dies

Dana Point, CA – A 54-year-old man was killed after being involved in a motorcycle crash Sunday.
According to Lt. Kurt Vasentine of the Orange County Sheriff’s Department, the man was heading southbound on Crown Valley Parkway at around 2:10 a.m. when he lost control of his motorcycle near Seven Seas Drive, just inland of Pacific Coast Highway, crashing into a curb.
The man was driving at the set speed limit and no evidence of drugs or alcohol was found, investigators said.
The identity of the victim has not been released until his family is notified.
The investigation is still on-going.
