Los Angeles- A man has died after crossing the westbound lane of Pomona Freeway on Tuesday at 3:00 p.m.
According to California Highway Patrol (CHP) reports, the man was running north in the freeway when he was hit by a westbound truck. He died instantly after the crash.
The man was darting in and out of traffic on the Ffreeway when the accident occurred. His name is being withheld pending notification of family members.
The truck driver was not injured in the accident. Authorities are still investigating the details on the cause of the accident.
