CAR COLLISION: Man apprehended after suspected DUI accident

Santa Barbara County - A driver was arrested this morning after a suspected DUI auto collision in Block 1200 of South Blosser Road, the California Highway Patrol (CHP) said. The driver was suspected to be driving under the influence (DUI)when the car accident happened.
Daniel Martinez, 22, was driving his 1993 Cadillac Seville along South Blosser Road at about 5:40 a.m. when he rear-ended and sideswiped a 1988 Chevy truck, injuring its driver.
The 21-year-old driver of the truck was brought to Marian Medical Center for treatment, the CHP said.
Rosales, an illegal alien, was detained in Santa Barbara County Jail facing charges of driving under the influence and driving without license.
