DOG BITE SAFETY: LA Animal Care and Control Officials to Inspect Thousand Oaks Dogs

Thousand Oaks – The Los Angeles County Department of Animal Care and Control (DACC) will set a door-to-door visit to inspect Thousand Oaks dogs for license and certifications, reports said.

According to an online news report, dog owners of Thousand Oaks are being reminded by the animal control officers that their pets should be licensed and vaccinated,.

The news report added that the residents of the city have to provide a copy of current rabies vaccination and documents that their dogs have been spayed or neutered.

Officials of DACC said the series of inspections aim to address the cases of dog bite accidents in the city.
