BUS ACCIDENT: Investigators Release Findings on Fatal 2009 Tour Bus Accident

Soledad - Investigators have released their findings on the 2009 tour bus accident in Central California that killed five people.
According to reports, investigators said driver fatigue may have caused the April 28, 2009 fatal crash.
Police said the bus driver who was identified as John Egnew, made a dangerous turn before the vehicle hit a guardrail and rolled over.
Egnew and four of his passengers died in the crash.
Several witnesses reportedly stated that the driver was missing exits and dozing off during their trip.
The Onion Pacific, which owns the tour bus, refused to comment regarding the accident.
