TRUCK ACCIDENT: High-Speed Driver Killed in H-241 Truck Rollover Crash

Lake Forest- A passenger in high-speed truck died after it swerved and rolled over on 241 toll road on Sunday at 1 a.m.
According to reports, Taylor Sams, 18, was riding a pickup at 65 mph to 70 mph headed south of Portola Parkway when it veered off the lane and overturned. Sams was pronounced dead at the accident scene. Paramedics transported the driver to a local hospital.
Police officers commented that the driver, who left Los Angeles road an hour before approaching 241 toll road, was suffering from fatigue when the accident occurred.
Authorities are still investigating the details on the cause of accident.
