TRUCK ACCIDENT: Driver Unhurt after Rollover Accident in Boyle Heights

Los Angeles-- A motorist was uninjured after his truck overturned in Boyle Heights on Friday at 12:10 a.m.
According to reports, the driver was traveling on Calzona Street near the onramp of 5 Freeway when he lost control on the wheels. The truck rolled over and spilled 15 gallons of fuel on the road. Some of the diesel flowed into a storm sewer.
Rescuers arrived and found the driver unscathed after removing him from the overturned vehicle. The Los Angeles Fire Department officers cleaned the hazardous materials on the street and on the drainage system, reports said.
Authorities closed the Calsona Street to give way for investigation.
