ROLLOVER ACCIDENT: Driver Misses a Curve, Dies in Palm Springs Rollover Crash

Palm Springs - A male driver died when his car rolled over after missing a curve along Interstate 10 near Whitewater, said California Highway Patrol (CHP) officers.
The driver was traveling east along the slow lane when he missed a curve in the roadway near Whitewater Cutout, causing his 1999 Toyota Tercel to leave the freeway and go down an embankment.
Reports said the vehicle then struck a boulder and rolled over. The man sustained fatal head injuries after being thrown off the vehicle.
He was not wearing his seatbelt at the time of the accident. Authorities have not yet released his identity.
