VEHICLE ACCIDENT: Driver Arrested for DUI after Rear-Ending Truck in Burbank

Burbank - A 21-year-old male car driver has been arrested for driving under the influence after he rear-ended a parked truck.
According to reports, driver Jesse Santiago, from Glendale, was traveling along the 2900 block of North San Fernando Boulevard when it suddenly hit a parked flat-bed tow truck.
His passenger identified as Analy Perez, 20, from Sylmar, suffered from partial paralysis due to the head trauma and broken neck that she sustained in the accident.
She was rushed to Los Angeles County USC Hospital, where she remains under a critical condition.
Reports said Santiago was arrested at the accident area, but was then released on bail.
