Big rig crash: Man in critical condition
December 9, 2011Sun Valley, CA - A man was badly injured after his car collided and pinned under a semi truck in the 8800 block of San Fernando road, near the Golden State Freeway, Sun Valley.
Firefighters who responded on the incident were forced to cut off the door of the car to pull out a man and the female passenger in their 60s.
According to Matt Spence of the Los Angeles Fire Department, the passenger was able to survive with minor injuries while the driver was brought to the hospital due to major injuries.
Spence added that are still uncertain about how the accident happened.
