BICYCLE ACCIDENT: Bicyclist Injured in Collision in front of Rio Hondo College

Whittier – A bicycle accident in front of Rio Hondo College in Whittier has injured one person this morning.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the bicyclist was struck in front of the school along Workman Mill Road shortly after 8:00 am.
The driver of the vehicle then took the bicyclists and brought him to Beverly Hospital for treatment.
The condition of the bicyclist after the collision is not yet clear.
CHP officers went straight to the hospital to talk to both the driver and the bicyclist.
The circumstances surrounding the crash are still under investigation.
