CAR ACCIDENT: Actress Miley Cyrus Charged with hit-and-run

Los Angeles - "Hannah Montana" star Miley Cyrus faced hit-and-run allegation after crashing her Mercedes-Benz SUV at a parked car on Friday.

The Hollywood celeb was driving off the parking lot in Los Angeles when she struck a parked 1991 Camry. She left her phone number with the car owner and let the victim deal with the accident, reports said.

The car owner, a parking attendant at an LA restaurant, alleged Cyrus of hit-and-run violation after driving off immediately after the crash, reports said.

Los Angeles Police officers clarified that Cyrus cannot be cited with hit-and-run charge as she left her contact number with the victim. The car owner has not yet filed an official police report.

Cyrus' representative refused to give comment on the allegation. Police authorities are still investigating the details on the accident.
